About Tiff
Hey, I’m the coach behind Chaos Co. I grew up riding horses and developed a love for fitness after starting CrossFit—right after failing my fitness test to get into the army!
That experience, and the hard work that followed to not only pass - but do really well physically, taught me the power of perseverance and sparked my passion for helping others build confidence through fitness.
I’m now studying my masters in psychology and hold a Certificate III/IV in Fitness, combining both to coach people in finding their strength, both physically and mentally.

Fitness isn’t just about looking good—it’s about feeling strong, capable, and confident in everything you do. For equestrians, staying fit means better balance, endurance, and strength in the saddle, helping you perform at your best and reduce the risk of injury. But I know life gets busy, especially juggling horses, work, and everything in between.
That’s where my coaching comes in. As someone who grew up riding, I get the demands of the sport—and the time constraints that come with it. I design simple, effective workouts that fit around your riding schedule, whether you’ve got a full gym or just 20 minutes and a resistance band. Together, we’ll build a plan that supports your goals in the saddle and beyond.
